hello,

I had this itchy spot on my upper thigh near my testicles. I figured it was nothing but a heat rash. I live in south Florida and it is rather warm all year. well it has been bugging me on and off for about 2 months now... kinda figured it was because i put on a few extra pounds over the last for months and my thighs rub together a little now. Anyway, the other day i noticed a dark brown/gray color spot on the rash area. It is kind of flaky and the rash hurts a little more. really want to see if anyone has had the same thing and can give some advice.
