I had my period like normal, then had burning when I urinated right at the end of it/right as it was over.I also bled a lot when I urinated. I drank nothing but cranberry juice and water,and the burning and bleeding stopped.I'm feeling better, but I have a dark brown discharge now. My boyfriend(of 6 months) and I had unprotected sex during my period that was rather rough,but that's been over a week ago now.I am 21 years old,also, if that has anything to do with it.
Help? I'm very worried,I've never experienced this with a period before.

Why don't you go to a sexual health clinic and get them to check for you?
I think it could be BV, had that same kind of problem with discharge and smelling weird in general and it turned out to be BV.
Just five days of antibiotics and maybe some pessaries and you will be as good as new, or normal.

What's BV? its slowed down over the past few days a bit, and I think it might be gone today,actually.

Bv is a common condition full name bacteria vaginosis. I can't put links on here but if you google it, you will find out more information. If you get treated and you find it keeps coming back then you can use bio live yougurt, that is plain and doesn't contain any colour or anything like that. It helps alot for some reason!
