I’ve been on Yasmin close to a year now. I engaged in unprotected sex (my boyfriend and I have been tested) the 1st day of my new pack and the last day (day before sugar pills started).
I haven't missed a DAY for my pill (haven't had to take two pills in one day at all), but I wasn't feeling so hot last week and did throw up ONCE a few days before the last time I had sex--but NOT since. The day after I threw up I did NOT take two pills.
There has been a stomach bug going around, it is winter time in NY.
I am the 3rd day in to my sugar pills, which is when I usually get my period, and I’ve been bleeding dark blood, but in a light flow. Could this be my period or should I still take a pregnancy test. I've bled dark blood before but I was just worried about pregnancy because of when I engaged in the sex.

If you are worried, then take a pregnancy test.
How much time was there between taking your pill and throwing up?

I took it at like 5:20pm and I threw up around 6pm or 6:15pm. This was two nights before the last time I had sex (which was the day before my sugar pills started). That's the only pill I missed though. I'm still bleeding, it's been three days. I'll be on my sugar pills till Sunday.
