Q: Dandruff or hair fungus

I have white flaks that want go away. I have used different types of dandruff shampoos, and I still have flakes, and there seems to be a rash around my face, but it does not itch or burn. Can you help me?

How often do you wash your hair? Have you tried Pert Plus? I used to use Pert Plus and it worked great. You can also try Selsun Blue.
