My obsession with cleaning my ears has finally gotten to me.. I hurt it by cleaning it too much I guess and now my throat is swollen on my left side and I can't swallow and my ear is killing me and nothing is helping 
What home remedies can I do to lessen the swelling so I can at least swallow??
