I suffer from mild cerebral palsy with quite a strong scissors gait. A friend of mine has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and has been using D-Ribose. Apparently this is thought to help with neuromuscular conditions too. Has any one else heard this or tried it? Does it help? How? What dosage is best? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
