Q: Cytotec use at 10 weeks gestation

my girlfriend and decided that we want to abort the fetus coz we are to young to have a baby...and we are not ready to handle the responsibility to become a parents.
I just want to know f cytotec is effective to abort fetus.My gf is 10 weeks pregnant we did not know if its effective or not?and to use this succesfully...?plsss help me....
