Q: Cytotec dosage

I was told to take 5 cytotec pills vaginally before bed, then do the same in another 24 hours. 10 pills total.
I am 5 weeks and took and ru 486 at the clinic.

I had a medical abortion a couple of years ago, and only had to take 4 cytotec vaginally once. everything turned out fine.

Is it really necessary to do this twice? and why 5? everything i read says 4.
