Hello,
Cytotec is not the drug which can individually cause a miscarriage. So, there is no chance this pregnancy has aborted.I suggest you to meet your GP for an opinion.

Extremely eHealthy
Women on Web recommend 3 batches of 4 Cytotec pills dissolved under the tongue at 3 hour intervals. The success rate is not as high as the mifepristone + cytotec regime, but pretty good anyway. Cytotec is just to induce cramps.

I'm surprised that with 10 pills you did not experience more serious cramping. You give no indication that the process was successful. Is it possible that the pills were fake? Run a couple more home pregnancy tests at one week intervals to see if the second line is getting stronger or weaker with time.
