Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. The cyst around the temporomandibular is quite a rare entity.
The treatment consists of surgical excision and antibiotics are required if thereâs a secondary infection of the cyst.
You should consult your doctor even if it has popped. You might require the surgical removal of the wall of the cyst to prevent its recurrence.
You should also continue taking the antibiotics. I sincerely hope this helps. Take care.
