Q: CYS question about my friend and her mom

Just to let everyone know that this isn't me that I am referring to but I have a serious question. My neighbors family has had cys involved with their family since god knows when. They have 3 kids, 2 girls one will be 16 on april 27 and the other is 11 I think and they have one 14 year old boy who cys is admitted into some psych home because he thinks he's gay, different story for a different time. But anyway their is only the mom involved since the father abandoned them the almost 16 year old at birth. My question since the mom was already put on probation for having a lil family gathering and allowed the kids and their friends minus the the son since he's been away for the past 2 years some alcohol. Anyway she is still on probation and now almost a year later my girlfriend gets 2 weeks pregnant by her stupid boyfriend. So my question is what action will the CYS take maybe if they find out that the 15 year old is pregnant and he mom never even knew she was having sex, well I think their was a chance she thought they were but anyways she didn't put her daughter on birth control. Do you think CYS will take more action against the mom and also the 2 daughters, such take away the 11 year old and maybe make the 15 year old "my friend" who has ovary problems to being with such as cramping all the time and cysts on her ovaries amongst other stomach issues abort the baby since they live at the poverty level if not below it? I tried looking it up on the internet and I am also afraid to call CYS since I don't want to be the one. Adoption is out of the question since I know she will grow too attached to the baby, but I know this sounds horrible but what are the chances of her having a miscarriage at such a young age and the issues with ovaries already. I know for a fact my friend cant support it, her mom def can't and the father has vowed to leave her if she does keep it. That's why i ask about miscarriage's and if stress or other factors like age that can cause it. I know there are other young mothers who have raised babies at such a young age but I know she wants to abort it since its early and their is no heartbeat yet but at the same time doesn't and I just hope god makes the choice for her since she is taking her time with the decision which I think will make things harder as the time goes by since she is waiting on her deadbeat boyfriend.. Sorry for the long message but I would appreciate some input on my two questions " cys and miscarriage/abortion" Thank you

First off, CYS isn't going to do anything but possibly offer support to the teen mom. She'd have to be more than 2 weeks pregnant, as there is no such timeline in pregnancy. When you find out you are pregnant, you are at least 4 weeks. If your period is late by 2 weeks, you are 6 weeks pregnant. Just because her mother didn't put her on birth control, doesn't mean there has been a crime or lack in parenting. A lack in foresight maybe, but nothing more.

If she wants an abortion and it is legal for her age where she lives, why doesn't she go get one?

Miscarriage is doubtful, that isn't likely even with stress. A lot of mothers - teen mothers, grown mothers - deal with stress and have perfectly healthy babies.
