Hello there i was on depo provera for 2 years and came off 5 months ago. I have had one period which was 2 months ago and nothing since then. i would really like to balance my hormones and have my cycles back to normal again :(

When the cycles will return to normal after stopping Depo Provera, depends on how long you have taken it and how your body reacts to it. You had taken it for two years and have had periods once in the past 5 months that you stopped it. So wait another month and see if the cycle resumes. If it does not happen then consult a gynecologist.

Women even start periods almost as late as 8-12 months. However, it would be wise to get a gynecological consult if you do not get your period for another month. Hope this helps. Take care!
