I have been cutting since I was 9-10 year old. On and off, The begging of this year it got out hand. Then I was able to stop, till now. I feel it again. How does one STOP! looking looking for help!

Don't do it! Scars last forever, trust me my left arm is filled with cuts and I regret it almost everyday. What you're feeling will pass with time don't do something you will regret.
