all week , i have been really upset i know i'm only 14 , but i think i'm depressed because i can't seem to cope with everything at the moment . today rumors have been spread about me round my year group (i'm not going into detail). And it came back to me and i just burst into tears and normally i would just say no it's not true , i don't know what's wrong with me. And when i got home i just couldn't stop cutting myself so i really don't know what's wrong with me anymore Question Question

Hi,
The first step is asking for help, which is what you have done.
Although it might be hard you really should speak to a parent/guardian.
Being depressed is nothing to feel ashamed about, sometimes some people just need a little guidance to help them make sense of what they are feeling.
You might find that by talking to someone you can clarify your thoughts and this will stop you feeling confused.
Please do not harm yourself anymore as whatever has happened at school can be sorted.

Kate
