If a person cuts themselves, on occasion,
mostly on the arm, if it is a sevre wound
that causes bleeding and their arm goes
numb and it tingles from their elbow down,
besides calling 911, what should they do.

Well I too do cut on my arms, and
sometimes I do go too deep, but don't want
to get any one eles involed in to it. So
something you should do:
1. Never put the open wound in water, it
won't help any
2.Cut off the blood supply from the elbow
down
3. Wrap the cut area as tightly as
possible to help slow the bleeding
4. Calm down, take deep relaxing
breaths.
5.Put the arm on a level surface or hold
in up in the air.
Thats what I do when I cut too deep. I
