Cuts on penis and unprotected sex

I was having sex with a female yesterday. While having sex (we used a condom), the condom came off inside of her vagina, and I just continued doing my thing. She was shaved all the way bald. What was left of the shaved hair was poking my penis and was quite painful and may have made small cuts on my penis. Now while having unprotected sex with these small cuts is there much I should be worried about? If she was hiv negative do I have a chance at getting hiv from this, or any other std? Should I have anything to worry about?

I also ate her out for a while and the skin between my tongue and lower mouth is swollen I read this is called the frenilim(misspelled) and it can be normal if your teeth scrapes it for a while. Is this normal? I haven't gave oral sex in a long time prior to that.
