This question is regarding sexual health. I'm a 19 year old guy in a monogamous relationship with a girl; about a year ago - I was checked for STDs - and the only thing that came up positive was mycoplasmosis/ureaplasmosis. In the country that I was tested in - I was issued some antibiotic pills, maybe 6, to deal with it. I was told to get myself and partner checked afterwards. However, we both live in England - where apparently, checks for the above are not performed and classified under the STD label. The clinic only informed us of this after they performed the tests on my partner, which for all we know came out negative - they didn't call, then again - we weren't in the country and my partner was too traumatized to call (they were unprofessional and hurt her during the test).

Anyway, I included the above in case you see in any correlation between this and the following. It has been a year later and I have been away from my partner for a month or so. I have been masturbating on average every to every two days. A few days ago, I noticed a few cuts and red spots on my penis head, with a few red inflamed-looking bumps in the corresponding places on my foreskin. I have photos of the region, but no way to attach them - I can email if you provide an address.
