For the pass few months (like three), I've had this funny cut like things on the tip of my foreskin, and weird funny bumps around it, can’t find the bumps or cuts any where else on or around my penis. When I “pop”/pull off one of the pimple like bumps the skin bleeds a lot, and the “pimple” like thing is hard. After a few hours or so I find this white discharge like thing, (dry wall mix like). Recently I went to the Health office here in town for a STD test, and was negative on everything but Chlamydia, after which I was given a pill for. Not sure if this thing is a STD or something because my diabetes for it happen before but went away shortly after. This time it has been around longer. Want to know what it might be before I talk to my Doc.
