Q: Cuticles and HIV transmission

Please i want to learn... could the not-bleeding cuticles around the nails be a reason for HIV transmission if you shake hands with a person who has a cut in his/her hand and infected with HIV. I know this is a assumptive question but if you answer i will be glad. thanks in advance..
