Custody of my baby girl

I need a miracle asap in order to keep my 18 month old daughter away from her narcotic abusing alcoholic mother who doesn't even know how to take care of her. The judge has appointed a gaurdian ad litem to our case and knowing niether of us have a job but she has her stepfather that pays everything for her and i have no money which this person says we have to split the 1800.00 bill. Her part has already been paid by her parents if my part doesn't get paid i was told i would be held in contempt of court. I need a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
