i am going through a divorce [court date july 15 to finalize]. we have 2 toddlers together. in our settlement agreement it says he gets the boys every other weekend and one of them every wed. well or 6 moths he hasn't taken them on wednesday and for the past 3 weeks he hasn't seen them. i cant get ahold of his neither does he call. its fathers day and he is supposed to get them and never called. is there anyway a judge will give me full custody to where he only has them like 2 weeks during the summer and like 2 weeks during christmas?

My son is going through a divorce also with a 2 year old. the mother is the one that is giving her weekend's up to him. Since I don't work, i have my grandaughter everyother week through out the summer. When we take the baby back to the mother she's never at home and we have to leave her with a uncle or who ever is there. All I can tell you is to log everything in a notebook, or make a spread sheet on word. My son can very easiley get full and soul custody of her from what his lawyer has told us. All I can tell you is log everything and every phone call and take it to your lawyer. Good luck.
