I have been on corticosteriods for over two years now for an autoimmune disease called Polymyositis and have developed some symptoms similar to cushings disease. I have the moon face, weight gain in the upper body, lots of striae (purple stretch marks) and Fatigue and weakness in addition to depression. Is this treatable or does it only stop when the meds stop?
