Welcome to e health forum.

The chances of having HIV after a single episode of protected sexual intercourse, or unprotected oral sex is very less. The risk is 0.04% per encounter from a infected female to a male.

But, the chances of having other sexual infections like herpes, HPV, chamydia and gonorrhea can be transmitted via oral sex.

Hence it would be beneficial for you to consult with your doctor and undergo appropriate screening tests for STDs.
