Kegel exercises are one of the possible solutions for premature ejaculation. Additionally, you might want to try the start-stop technique. When you masturbate or have intercourse, try to stop just before ejaculation. By practicing this more times, you might be able to delay the ejaculation. The stop and squeeze technique is a variation of the start and stop technique in which once you stop, you or your partner apply pressure on the penis by squeezing the shaft or by using only two fingers to squeeze around the line that separates the glans from the shaft.
