You CANNOT cum without an orgasm. There is a small amount of secretion called "pre-cum" with some amount of sexual stimulation but it's certainly not the same.

You can't expect your present boyfriend and the previous one to have the same orgasm. In my opinion ejaculation is always accompanied by orgasm. There could be orgasm without ejaculation (aspermia) but not ejaculation without orgasm.

I had been reading sites aswel and they had said a male like myself could ejaculate without an orgasm which had worried me because my girlfriend had been having some stomach pain. After reading your responses to this tho, I feel much less worried about wether or not my girlfriend is pregnant for i had not had an orgasm.

You definitely can ejaculate without orgasm. It's all about controlling the orgasm. I do it all the time. Look up "edging". Eventually (as quickly as 30 minutes depending) you get so built up that with proper control, you can allow your prostate to engorge and begin leaking cum, then just before orgasm, hold back, then as soon as under control, kegel. I can shoot semen to my chest this way and no orgasm. I can do this about 2 times and then I am drained, but my penis is still pre-orgasm sensitive and my balls are engorged.

I agree. I've been doing it for years. Not very often but about once a month or a little more than that. Yes, it is very possible to cum with having an orgasm. I have that same problem every now and again. Most times it is just caused by not having enough stimulation. Please be considerate when talking to your boyfriend about this subject...I don't know about him, but it hurts my self-esteem when it happens to me.

Yes, it is possible to ejaculate without orgasm. It takes some training but it can be done.

What you do is to take yourself as close to orgasm as possible by masturbation and then when you feel the ejaculation starting stop all stimulation, the timing is critical. If you time it right you will ejaculate without orgasm and then you can start the stimulation again and using the same trick ejaculate again. I have done this 3 or 4 times, then orgasm to finish. After the second time you are about dry so there is little ejaculate. You can do this even if you are old.

Another trick is to stop just before orgasm you will ejaculate then start stroking again and you will ejaculate with orgasm in a few seconds.

With training and you are young you should be able to do this at least 5 times in a row. Who says women are the only one to have multiples, we can do it too, if we know how.

It works great with oral if you partner just sucks when you ejaculate then wait about 5 minutes and then start stroking and sucking. With practice you can do this several times.

Yes I can! Yes, it's possible. It started happening to me after I started a certain medication that made erection difficult. I started being able to ejaculate well before orgasm. I feel the cum start to flow, and as Edgeforhealth said, "squirting" at that point (i.e., Kegel) makes the cum shoot out just as in a real orgasm, but without the involuntary orgasmic contractions. I've done this as many as six times in a row before having a real orgasm. It's very pleasurable. I think it is a matter of controling (muscular or body) tense, muscle contractions at the right time with exact tension, and... release. I can experience with my self many pleasurable things, but to cum without an orgasm...

It's just like building up to a normal orgasm, but right before you climax, you kinda stop, and that is when you start to "leak," or squirt. Right after the leak, you can finish up with your orgasm, and the whole experience is very exciting, new, and quite epic.

I have been ejaculating without orgasm (pleasure) for a couple of years, and I'm beginning to get desperate. For those who don't understand "ejaculatory anhedonia", this is what happens:
1) Full erection, no ED
2) Intercourse, receiving oral sex feels great
3) I feel the build-up to orgasm and the pleasure slowly increases, but as I ejaculate, there is no pleasure. I used to have orgasm like most guys; intense pleasure.

I've seen docs, including a urologistg who say they're never heard of this. How can this be so? Many, many guys on the web are experiencing the same thing.

This is what I think is happening: I don't produce much semen anymore (used to be enormous amounts), and I think that lots of semen = strong, intense and pleasurable contractions. The less semen, the less powerful, intense and pleasurable orgasm.
