I have been sick for almost 4 months now. Back pain, abdominal pain, chest pain, sharp short stomach pains, weakness, headache/pressure specifically on the top of my head, bone pain, joint pain, chills, pale, complete loss of appetite, lost over 40lbs.

Went to the ER this morning, since I have had back pain for a long time, and I had just lost a my bowels, I decided to go in.

CT scan showed enlarged spleen, WBC is 7, normal
My potassium was low, 3.4. My RDW was high 14.8.

The test for mono came back positive, but I am pretty sure I have had that before now. And the symptoms/tests don't fit. I have not had a fever since I have been sick for the 4 months. And the white blood count would be different if I had an infection. Plus mono doesn't last 4 months.

Please help me.
Matthew

PS its not anxiety/depression
