CT scan interpretation "nodular area of soft tissue"

I would appreciate interpretation of following findings: "A triangular 6mm diameter nodular area of soft tissue thickening is present adjacent to the horizontal fissure anteriorly. This is likely to be due to a subpleural lymph node".

The comment on CT scan states "A 6mm diameter angulated opacity towards the anterior end of the horizontal fissure on the right is most likely to be due to a small subpleural llymph node".

Can you tell me what this means please?
