Is there any relations to STDs and sinus problems?

I did several different searches and did not find any medical source that claimed there was a relationship between STDs and sinus problems. I did find a similar question on a competing site which, because of the Terms of Service I cannot mention. A doctor's response to the question was, "I am unaware of any STD that has ever caused a nasal or sinus infection."
