Crohns symptoms ? Posted: 04-15-08 13:18pm
Hey everyone,
I am at home right now visiting for a few
days and my mom who is 48 has Crohns
disease. She is sick in bed right now and
has had the stomach flu "or so we believe"
for about 3 days now. She has been
throwing up and hasn't been able to eat
anything. I am really worried about her
and I think that the throwing up has
something to do with her Crohns, but Im
not too sure. Could it just be the flu? or
should she be getting medical help?

I am going through all the unanswered
posts right now. Yes, this could be part
of the desease and then again it could be
a flu also. With Crohns it is hard
sometimes to differentiate between both.
Loss stools are a common thing with it and
you really can't go anywhere right after
you have eaten anything cause it runs
right though you. I myself have collitis
and am in agony sometimes. Started off
with a nerves stomach as a child and
advanced.
Has she been to a doctor or emergancy room
yet? If not, I would not delay. Take her
and get some help with the diagnosis.
