I seem to be reacting to most food now,
except for beef and brown rice (boiled).

Welt, tingling in lips, left cheek swollen
etc..

Unable to take anti histamines.

Food allergy or intolerance symptoms
Food intolerance can be causing many of your symptoms. Food allergy symptoms develop when the antibodies are battling the "invading" food.

Your health care provider can help determine if you have an food allergy or intolerance, and establish a plan to help control your symptoms.
