I feel this sort of like tickling under my skin down by my ankle or lower leg. I don't do any drug's or take any medication. I also have to pee over and over again all through the night and I'm only 21 year's old. I will go to the bathroom and not kidding 5 minutes later I will have to go again. I am developing insomnia because of these issues what can I do to fix this?
