I've been drinking meal replacement drinks for quite a while now and ever since then I always feel so much better and more energetic. Also I got 1kg of Creatine Monohydrate to try out. I am wondering if it would keep it's qualities if I just mix it with meal replacement drinks or would that be too much? If so what should I mix it with or just eat the powder like that?
I also take about 3-4 grams of spirulina every day if that makes any difference.
