Q: Creamy discharge , painful urination , and urethral infections

the penis is sore, the tip has a creamy liquid out of foreskin, also blood, when urininrating its painfull.pls help

Current medical status: fine.
Current medical treatment: none...just reguarly cleaning with water....

A creamy discharge with blood coming out from the penis and painful urination indicate that you might be experiencing a urethral infection.

You should ask for medical help as soon as possible.
