Every night when I get in bed and try to sleep I cant. It feels like something is crawling on my skin. I even changed beds to make sure it wasn't the detergent or the bed and it didn't help. I am fine until I go to be. It happens as soon as I get relaxed. What can that be?

hello im not too sure what causes it as my medication has that effect on my skin and its horrible. it could well be that because we are aware of it its psychological and you are looking for it.
my trick is to read a book as most of us are guaranteed to fall asleep while reading and it takes your mind off it. mind over matter can be wonderful and works for me.

Crawling skin,

Do oyu feel the need to move when you start getting comfortable? Does this overwhelming need to just move the leg or body happen?

I have Restless Leg Syndrome and without medicene I cannot sleep..The feeling is awful...My sheets have to be prefect or it drives my skin nuts..Feel like Princes and the Pea--I feel every bump out there..
