Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help a week after having my period i got cramp feelings in my belly like i was due on again bu this never happened. also i have had tender nipples any advice would be great..

If you got your period and everything was normail, then you're probably not pregnant.
But if you think you may still be pregnant, you can take a home pregnancy test to be sure

yes i had my period it seemed normal it was then a week after having my period i get these cramp feelings it not evey day like they been on an of today?

It could really be anything, if pregnancy is a concern (which I don't think it is because you got your period), then you'll have to test because I have no way of knowing.
