Cramps for 2 days/ No Cycle... Pregnant?

Hello I am new to this forum thing but i decided to give it a go. Well I am currently 12 days late for my period . I experienced some cramps and servere nasuea for 2 days on and off a week after my missed period. I ususally have cramping before my period, so i thought it was a week late. But still no period. I have been given a clean bill of health from my doctor, and several negative hpt test. The doctor has ordered a blood test that will show if any of the preg hormone (hcg) is in my system. I will recieve it Friday. So I am wondering has anyone had a problem like this and ended up pregnant?
