Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy. However, the pain which you're having in the lower abdomen might not be related to pregnancy at all.

I'll sincerely suggest consulting a surgeon/gynecologist and seeking an opinion. You might need further tests like an ultrasound/CT scan of the abdomen to rule out ailments like appendicitis, stone in the urinary tract/pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis etc. Further treatment will depend upon the underlying diagnosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
