Q: cramps and nausea

Today is my 2nd day of my period and Ive been having werid cramps and I almost threw up this morning and mt stomach was hurting a little bit. Ive never had cramps like these ones and I usually get it for one day then its over and it been two days I dont know what else to do here. my low abodomen thats where it hurts but its not regular cramps sign and its werid and my stomach was hurting today Omg!!!!! Please help me if your out there.......

Have you taken anything for it yet?

Sometimes I get horrible cramps, and sometimes I don't have any cramps-- your diet can affect your PMS symptoms, especially cramping. Do you normally vomit and have you spoken with a doctor about this? He would mostlikely suggest birth control, which can help ease these symptoms assuming they are related to PMS.
