Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you missed your pills and had unprotected sex, then there is a chance that you could be pregnant. However the symptoms you have (increased frequency of passing urine, cramps and backache) can be due to UTI or urinary tract infection.

The period could be different than the normal one since you missed the pills. It could also be different in pregnancy as some women have periods for first few months in pregnancy. It is really difficult to comment beyond this. Get a urine test done both for infection and pregnancy.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
