Q: cramps after coming off contraceptive pill

Hello,

I finished taking the contraceptive pill nearly three weeks ago. For the last six days I have been experiencing a really bloated tummy (I look about 4 months pregnant!) and painful cramps nearly all the time, slight nausea and terrible mood swings. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced the same symptoms when coming off their pill?
Thank you! x

Hello!

For the first week after coming off the pill, I had
really bad cramps. Now, it's been over a month and
no sight of my period. I have no cramps, no bloating, nothing. But, I'm a bit worried, where's my period??!
I think it may just be your body adjusting being off the pill.
