30 year old female having cramping for the last couple of years that seems to be getting worse and more frequent. In hands, feets, legs, and fingers. Could the cause be from a vitamin defficiency? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

cramping
I'm not a doctor but am studying holistic therapies - muscles need a combination of various vitamins and minerals in order to contract and release properly, the main 2 being calcium and magnesium.. you can look into your diet, or speak to a health professional about supplements to see if they work.. of course massage can always offer relief too!
good luck
