Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you were sexually active without protection around your ovulation time, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. The egg once released from ovary, can stay alive for 6-7 days and sperms once released inside you can stay alive for 3-4 days. Wait and watch for your next periods. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
