Q: Cramping & stomach virus

I caught the stomach virus this weekend..threw up once then spent that night cramping (very painful!). I thought I was mostly over it by today and then did something stupid - out of habit I ate a bowl of cereal with maybe a 1/3rd cup of milk. I felt bloated for a while, then finally that went away and I ate chicken noodle for lunch.. tomato for dinner. and now, my cramps are back. the ER has a 4hour wait. is there anything i can do at home to help alleviate the pain???

the virus
Let me tell u this
i know how you feel
i have had it
but there is absolutly nothing you can do
i am so sorry to tell you this but you are gonna have to sleep and forget about it and just wait it out
because the ER wont be able to do anything for you
now matter wat you put in you
ur stomach is going to reject it and its going to bring it back out from the mouth
so sorry to tell you
but you are gonna have to wait it out
even if you take water
it WILL come back up
sorry
but just wait it out
