Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The cramps if associated with vaginal discharge, leaking, or tightening of uterus/abdomen, would suggest possibility of onset of labor. If the intensity of pain/cramps is increasing, then you should consider reporting to your obstetrician/midwife immediately to get evaluated for onset of labor and fetal wellbeing. Further management would be done based on your examination and test findings. Delivery anytime after completion of 37 weeks is considered to be normal, and the baby born is mature.
Take care.
