Hi and welcome to e.health forum..my advise to you is you need to tell someone about your problematic bowel..gastric flu is horrible i had it myself many yrs ago..
What is your diet like?
Are you taking in enough fibre?
How many days do you go between bowel movements?
We all pass strange things through out bowel movements even to a piece of undigested carrot, pea or sweetcorn but you need regular bowel movements to stop the cramps.
Stressful bowel movements can lead to hemarroids and your way too young to be having those uncomfortable things so you need to talk it over if not with your mum then your father or grandparent.
You shall feel much better when you do and maybe a course of mild laxative maybe help till routine bowel movements return..
Let us know how you get on and please still post if you are needing someone to talk too we are supporters but not medically equiped to give you what you need which is a diagnosis of why at your age you are having bowel problems..Maybe a change of diet is all thats needed..Most young lads its junk food and Mcdonalds. Most home remedies require over the counter remedies but you require a gentle relaxant that shall not make the cramps worse.
A friendly doctor who is used to these problems can do that for you as you may still be run down after your flu bout honey.
