Q: Cramping and clotting after miscarriage ?

Hello, I just had a miscarriage at 11 weeks, 2 days. I started bleeding like a regular period flow on Tuesday (4-14) and didn't miscarry until late Wednesday night (4-15). I didn't have a D&C. It's now the following Monday (4-20) and I'm still bleeding. That seems to be normal. The bleeding does fluctuate between being very light and getting slightly heavy, but I don't think it's at the "bleeding too much" point.

The thing that I'm wondering about is that it's been 5 days since the miscarriage happened and I'm still passing stuff. It's not regular; for the most part, clotting and tissue passing had stopped on Friday (4-17). Since then, I've had very, very tiny clumps passing. Today (4-20) I had something bigger, maybe an inch big or just under that. Also today, I've had some mild cramping, just like I would have with my period. I know it can't be my period, but I'm really worried about what it is.

I'm just wondering if the passing of tissue and clots at this point is still normal and if the cramping is anything to worry about. Is it just taking my body longer to expel everything since I let it do it naturally?

Thanks for any help!
