Q: Cramp in lower stomach area

I have a cramp in my lower stomach area for the last 3 days. I get an urge to sit on the toilet and sometimes pass something or sometimes some wind passes and I get relief from that.
When I push in with my hand on my lower left side it is sore, the lower right side isn't sore.
I have never been constipated before and I am not sure is this the case now as I have passed small bits on the toilet.

You did not mention your age, or other important aspects of your medical history. Moreover, it is not possible to provide a specific diagnosis to patients over the Internet.

Your symptoms could be due to indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, a bowel obstruction, diverticulitis (or other inflammatory conditions of the large or small intestine), peptic ulcer disease, or (less likely) even a malignancy (among other potential causes).

You should visit your personal physician and discuss these symptoms, and undergo further evaluation for your abdominal complaints.
