i have a cracking jaw at both sides when i open my mouth, my ears also pop and ring (buzz when i try and sleep) my doctor sent me to the ent department at hospital and they diagnosed this as tinitus.
that was 3 months ago. since then i think i caught some virus as thats what the doctor diagnosed. then i was dizzy and struggerling to walk or even stand up. this was then diagnosed as labyrinthitus and they put me on some tablets for a week that didnt really make any difference! another doctor then diagnosed me as having a balnce disorder (he didnt think i did have labyrinthitus and disagread with the other doctor!)
im now waiting to go to see the ent at hospital again for the balance dept as when im walking i stumble from one side of path to the other like im permantly drunk!!!.
i have suffored from panic attacks and anxiety (mainly the fear of dieing on and off for 6 years but i have learnt to live with this) but i have been struggerling to sleep and dreaming a lot lately
I would suggest seeing a Neuromuscular Therapy therapist (it's a form of massage). Trigger points and tight muscles in the neck and jaw region can cause some of the symptoms you mention (definitely the dizziness). By all means, still go to specialists... but try seeing an NMT therapist of good reputation, too.
