Hi
Welcome to the forum!
A symptom of whole spine paining and feeling more than should be felt is a common feature of fibromyalgia. In this apart from muscle and bone aches and pains there is a heightened response to touch called allodynia. Since this runs in the family and you have a tentative diagnosis about this, you may know about this.
The other possibility is low Vitamin D levels. This can also cause similar symptoms. Along with it get your calcium ad parathyroid gland levels checked.
However on net and without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed opinion. Please consult your doctor about these possibilities. Hope this helps. Take care!
