Q: cracking and sore

i have never had sex b4 but i have masterbated i've started to get this cracked and sore skin on my penis im not sure why i have it. and it has a burning irritation feeling when i touch it. i peeled the dead skin of once before but that just made it hurt worst. could it be from taken extenze or msterbating. i have no money to go to the doctor rite now and im only 19 yrs old. can anybody feel me in on this problem maybe shed som lite all answers will be put to go use
